AI Is not used for peer-review

C'JAR uses only human peer review. Further, CORALS LLC conversion practices also use only humans to convert content in dissertations and capstones to publishable articles. References are human-checked after using the Reciteworks algorithm (which is not AI and does not store data) to ensure accuracy and depict the knowledge for which they are cited. C'JAR peer reviewers are paid $35 per review to show our recognition that peer review is important and valued, and to acknowledge they take time.  This comes from the $100 nonrefundable article submission fee (which is not collected until after the editor approves the submission). AI policies for authors are being discussed and considered. Any input from authors and readers on ideas for a fair policy is welcome.
