Abstract

Welcome to the first Call for Papers of the CORALS’ Journal of Applied Research (C’JAR). As a fledgling online journal, we are excited to reach out to our current and future friends, family, colleagues, and authors to ask you to consider publishing your research. We also encourage scholars to subscribe to notifications about when we release new journal issues.

Author Biography

  • Michelle Preiksaitis, CORALS LLC & C'JAR

    Dr. Preiksaitis is a business, strategy, and leadership researcher who assists universities with their doctoral students and programs. She provides strategic planning and research solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Her mission is to help leaders create positive work environments for the humans who create their organization's value. She is the founder of Coastal Organizational Research and Learning Strategies, LLC (d.b.a. CORALS LLC), located in Martin County, FL. She is Editor-in-Chief of C'JAR, a peer-reviewed, scholarly research journal.
